Every neighbor who walks through our doors has a story. Cookie is one of them.

When Cookie first came to Mid-North Food Pantry, she was facing incredibly difficult circumstances and unsure where to turn. Like many of our neighbors, she wasn’t just looking for food, she was looking for stability and a place where she would be treated with dignity.

At Mid-North, she found more than a pantry. She found a community. A place where she could access the food she needed, connect with resources, and be welcomed without judgment.

Cookie’s story is not unique, and that’s exactly why your support matters.

Why Your Support Matters

The need in our community continues to grow.

In the past year alone, Mid-North Food Pantry served 25,515 households, representing 80,103 individuals, a 43.8% increase from the year before. We distributed more than 1.3 million pounds of food to neighbors across our community.

Behind every number is a person, a family, a story—just like Cookie’s.

Your Impact

Your gift makes it possible for us to:

  • Provide nutritious food to neighbors each week
  • Offer hygiene and basic necessity items
  • Expand access through additional pantry hours and services
  • Bring wraparound services directly into our pantry
  • Respond to the growing and urgent need in our community

Even a small gift can make a meaningful difference.
