We are excited to share that the Mid-North Food Pantry has been chosen to participate in Meijer’s Simply Give program, an initiative dedicated to combating food insecurity in our local communities. Since its inception in November 2008, this program has generated over $95 million in food donations across the Midwest, providing essential support to families in need.
The Holiday Simply Give Campaign will run from September 29, 2024, to December 28, 2024, at the Meijer store located at 5550 N. Keystone Ave., Indianapolis, IN. During this campaign, customers can purchase $10 Simply Give donation cards at the register or add them to their online orders. Every donation will directly support our pantry, helping us stock our shelves with nutritious food and essential supplies for those facing food insecurity.
DOUBLE MATCH DAY
A highlight of the campaign will be the Double Match Day on December 14, 2024. On this day, for every $10 Simply Give card purchased, Meijer will contribute an additional $20, bringing the total impact of each card to $30. This is a fantastic opportunity for our community to amplify their contributions and help us provide even more support to families in need.
