Laura Taylor is thrilled to join the Board of MNFP after seeing firsthand the wonderful work it accomplishes as a volunteer alongside her family.
Born and raised in Indianapolis, Laura attended North Central High School and then went on to graduate from Vanderbilt University and Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington. Laura and her husband, Jay, an attorney in downtown Indianapolis, moved to Broad Ripple in 1996 and have lived in the Mid-North area ever since. They are passionate about serving their community and immersing their three children in the same civic minded manner.
The Taylor Family are members of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. Their youngest children are in 5th and 8th grade at St. Richard’s Episcopal School while their sophomore goes to North Central High School.
Laura looks forward to volunteering frequently at the pantry and meeting more of its clients and volunteers, and helping to build on the solid foundation of the Mid-North’s mission and vision for giving back to the community.
